Refund policy
1. Non-Refundable Products
• Due to the nature of dietary supplements and health products, all sales are final.
• We cannot accept returns or provide refunds once the product has been opened, used, or the seal is broken.
2. Exceptions
• A return or replacement will only be considered if the product is:
• Delivered in a damaged condition.
• Contains a manufacturing defect.
• Incorrect product was shipped (different from the order placed).
3. Conditions for Return Request
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos as proof.
• The product must remain sealed, unused, and in its original packaging for a return to be eligible.
4. Non-Eligibility
• Returns/refunds will not be accepted due to change of mind, personal taste, or tolerance issues.
• We do not accept responsibility for products stored improperly after delivery (e.g., heat, moisture, or exposure).
5. Final Decision
• All claims are subject to verification by our Quality Team, and Optify Nutrition’s decision will be final.
